Healthy Three-Ingredient Cookies

Yep, you heard that right. Healthy cookies that only require three ingredients! These cookies are super easy to make and only take a few minutes to whip up. They’re also egg free, dairy free, sugar free, and could be gluten free if modified. Lets get baking!

Healthy Three-Ingredient Cookies

Yield: 8-10 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup quick-cook oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Optional add-ins:

  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • Dash of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Peel and mash bananas
  • Stir in oats
  • Mix in optional ingredients
  • Scoop batter onto cookie sheet in small rounds
  • Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes
  • Remove from oven
  • Enjoy!

These cookies are delicious served warm or chilled. They also taste delicious with a glass of milk or almond milk if you so desire. I hope you try these cookies out and love them as much as I do!
